Delivery Information

Next Day Service - Before placing your order, please note that where you have ordered goods on the Next Day Service, you must place your order no later than 16.00 (4.00pm) in order to receive it the next day. There are some exceptions to the rule, as set out below:

• Orders placed before 16.00 on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 16.00 on Friday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

UK Saver Delivery Service or Free Delivery Service - If you order goods on the UK Saver Delivery Service or if you receive Free Delivery as part of a promotion of the Website, we will aim to deliver goods within 4 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the day on which the order was made where the order was placed no later than 16.00 (4.00pm). We have set out estimated delivery times below as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

• Orders placed before 16.00 on Monday, estimated delivery time is Friday.
• Orders placed before 16.00 on Tuesday, estimated delivery time is the following Monday.
• Orders placed before 16.00 on Wednesday, estimated delivery time is the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, estimated delivery time is the following Wednesday.
• Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

UK Delivery Charges

boohoo.com offer exceptionally competitive service to our customers. We offer a Next Day Delivery Service to the UK at the same price as many of our competitors standard delivery service. Next Day Delivery will cost £4.99 per order, regardless of size and value of the order, there is also a UK Saver Delivery Service that is also very competitively priced at £3.99 per order.

Our carrier

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. Where our other delivery partner has been used they will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, but that there was no one in to sign for it, you will then be able to ring and arrange a new delivery time. Note that a signature is not required on the UK Saver Delivery Service or Free Delivery Service.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for a number of reasons.

• Royal Mail have a great deal of experience dealing with Business to Consumer deliveries and therefore offer a very reliable service.
• If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of the parcel is quick and easy. Royal Mail will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office. Your local sorting office will be closer than many courier depots. We felt this would be much more convenient for you.

Where we deliver

UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next day delivery service. However there are some exceptions to the rule. Please refer to the table below to see what time your parcel will arrive where the Next Day service is used.

Other Delivery Destinations:

We also deliver to Ireland and Rest of Europe. Delivery will cost £8.99 per order, regardless of size and value of the order. Delivery time depends upon the service offered within each specific country. We currently do not supply the following destinations due to individual country custom requirements; Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City State. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
