Returns Policy

References in this Returns Policy to: "we" and "us" are to Wasabi Frog Limited; "Products" are to products listed on our website www.boohoo.com ("Website"); and "Contract" are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each Contract shall cover all the Products being delivered to that address. For further information about the Contract, please read our Terms and Conditions.

1. Returns

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel your Contract with us at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Product(s) which are the subject of the Contract ("Cooling-Off Period").

In addition to your statutory rights to cancel your Contract set out above, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Products must be returned to us in accordance with clause 3 ('How to make a return') below. We may refuse to provide a refund where Products are not returned in accordance with clause 3. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer to cancel the Contract, as set out above.

If you wish to return a Product which was bought as part of a "Buy one get one free" or other similar promotion, we can only process the return if you return all the Products which were the subject of the promotion.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.

2. Returns policy on lingerie

Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

3. How to make a return

If you wish to cancel your Contract or return a Product, you must notify us of your intention to do so before returning the Product. In order to do this, you must notify us in writing at one of the addresses set out in clause 6 below or via the online returns procedure, as set out below.

Please note that in order to cancel your Contract within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period that you are entitled to as a consumer, you must notify us in writing at one of the addresses set out in clause 6 within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Products that are the subject of the Contract. Notification of return of your Products via the online procedure will not constitute notification of cancellation of your order for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the Contract.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your Contract or return a Product, you must return the Product to us in accordance with the procedure set out below.

Online returns procedure

  • Log onto My Account/My Orders to view your order history.
  • Select the relevant order and click on the item you want to return. NB ensure you choose all items to be returned before you click Add to Return List.
  • Choose a return reason and click on Add to Return List. Your return will be logged on line.
  • The parcel must then be returned via the Post Office Counters in accordance with the details set out below.

Returning the parcel

  • Repack the item in its original packaging.
  • Over sticker your address label with the boohoo.com address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
  • Reseal the boohoo postal bag using the second double-sided self-adhesive strip.
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters. If you fail to do this, we will not receive your returned Product(s).
  • Obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (You will need this as proof of return). NB do not post the package through the post box

Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

UK - We have set up a return process with Royal Mail which allows you to return unwanted items free of charge by using the postage-paid envelope provided.

If you have not notified us that you wish to cancel your Contract with us within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period, we will deduct a £1 re-stocking fee from any refund due to your debit / credit card in respect of the cost we will incur in administering the return, except where you received free delivery when purchasing the Product(s) as part of a promotion on our Website, in which situation we reserve the right to deduct a £2 re-stocking fee from any refund due to your debit / credit card in respect of the cost we will incur in administering the return. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not deduct a re-stocking fee in respect of Products which were delivered faulty or incorrectly by us, or where you have notified us within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period that you wish to cancel the Contract.

Rest of World - Unfortunately we are unable to offer the same service to our overseas customers. All returns made outside of the British Isles must be returned at your own cost, but will not be subject to the £1 re-stocking fee.

Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.

4. Refunds

If you cancel your Contract within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period and return to us the Product(s) which are the subject of the Contract, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

If you return the Product for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, We will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a Product, please notify us of your intention to do so before returning the Product in accordance with clauses 1 and 3 above, together with details of the Product(s) you would like to exchange and the Product(s) which you would like to receive in return.

It will take approximately 14 working days for you to receive your exchange. We can only offer a replacement of the same Product. Once the exchange has been processed the replacement Product will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post or one of our other delivery partners.

If we are unable to exchange the item (as the required Product or size is not available) we will send you an email explaining why and arrange a refund to your account.
