If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of date shown on your despatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website www.boohoo.com.


How to make a return

UK - We have set up a returns process with Royal Mail, which allows you to return any unwanted items free of charge. This is a very competitive service that many of our competitors do not offer.

Rest of World - Unfortunately we are unable to offer the same service to our overseas customers. All returns made outside of the British Isles will need to be paid for.


Returns Procedure

On line Returns
You must notify us on line before you return a product. In order to do this, you must:


  1. Log onto My Account/My Orders to view your order history.
  2. Select the relevant order and click on the item you want to return.
  3. NB ensure you choose all items to be returned before you click Add to Return List NB Always notify before sending a parcel back
  4. Choose a return reason and click on Add to Return List. Your return will be logged on line.
  5. The parcel must then be returned via the Post Office Counters in accordance with the details set out below.

Returning the parcel


  1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Over sticker your address label with the boohoo.com address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
  3. NB do not send to the address at the top of this letter NB Always notify before sending a parcel back
  4. Reseal the boohoo postal bag using the second double-sided self-adhesive strip
  5. The package will need to be returned over the Post Office counters.
  6. Obtain a certificate of posting from the post office (You will need this as proof of return).
  7. NB do not post the package through the post box

Refunds

If you return the goods because you have changed your mind, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. Delivery charges are not refundable.

If you return the goods because you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you, and the cost incurred by you in returning the item.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

You must return the Products to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.


Replacements

It will take approximately 14 working days for you to receive your exchange. We can only offer a replacement of the same product. Once the exchange has been processed the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post.

If we are unable to exchange the item (as the required size is not available) we will send you an email explaining why and arrange a refund to your account.
