How do I return my order?

Easy!

First, repack the item with all the tags still attached.

Then, stick the returns label found on your delivery note over your address on the bag (if you need a new one, you can download one here).

Finally, post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

What's your returns policy?

If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your dispatch note. For those in Australia, New Zealand, America or Canada, you've got 30 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and keep the seal in tact.

Do I have to order online?

Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. This is the best way to pay. It is fast, safe and secure.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Ideal, Giftcards and prepaid debit cards.

Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with boohoo is safe! We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing your order! Find out more info on our cancellation policy here.

Can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! Enter your 8 digit order number into the 'Track my order' facility at the top of this page.

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed we cannot stop the process of items being sent to you , you will need to return the items to us.Find out more info on our cancellation policy here.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order ID, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem. Please see 'How do I return an item?' for details on how to return an item to us.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item/items to us following the method below.

1.  Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

2.  Cover your address label with the boohoo returns label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.

3.  Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

4.  Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Where do you deliver to?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We also deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and the following countries within Europe:

Do you deliver to PO BOXES & BFPO addresses?

PO Boxes – The delivery service we use for the United Arab Emirates will only be able to deliver to PO Box addresses, and cannot make deliveries to non PO Box addresses. The express delivery services for Australia, New Zealand and USA cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative delivery address or select the standard delivery service. BFPO addresses - For delivery to BFPO addresses, please ensure that the delivery country selected is United Kingdom and do not write any other address details after the BFPO number on the address, as this can lead to mail being diverted to the wrong BFPO location. Please select the Next Day delivery option only. Please note: the parcel will not arrive with you next day, but will arrive at the BFPO sorting office the next day to be dispatched from there accordingly.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Depending on the value of your order, your boohoo parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of boohoo’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm.

What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from. If you are a UK customer, please contact Customer Services via the Contact Us form on this page if you require further help in rearranging a delivery.

Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

RETURNS
How long do I have to return an item?

We hope you’ll love everything you buy from boohoo, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s), or, if you choose to send us proof of postage, from the day we receive evidence you’ve returned your goods and they’re on their way to our warehouse. For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.

Bear in mind that pierced jewellery can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons. We also ask that lingerie and swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, with the seal in place. Your refund may be declined if you don’t follow our hygiene policy.

Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will look into this for you.

If we don’t receive your returned items, we’ll ask you to provide proof of postage from either the Post Office or myreturns, depending on which returns service you used.

If you’re unable to provide proof of postage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

How can I track the status of my return?

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.

Do you refund the delivery charge?

We will refund the postage charge if you have cancelled your contract with us in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations. Please refer to our Legal Stuff menu for more details on your cancellation rights.

How can I pay for my order?

When will I be charged?

When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment, either your card issuer or Customer Services will contact you.

Why am I being asked for another password after entering my card details?

This is the 3D Secure Payment option that some banks use. 3D Secure is an added layer of security for credit and debit card purchases online. If you have any problems or forget any information please contact your bank in the first instance.

PROMOTIONS
How do I use a promotional code?

Once you've reached the Checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the 'Redeem a promotion code' box, enter the correct code and click 'Continue'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!

Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

What should I do if I`ve forgotten to use my promotional code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed.

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope you’ll love everything you buy from boohoo, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s), or, if you choose to send us proof of postage, from the day we receive evidence you’ve returned your goods and they’re on their way to our warehouse. For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.

Bear in mind that pierced jewellery can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons. We also ask that lingerie and swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, with the seal in place. Your refund may be declined if you don’t follow our hygiene policy.

Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.



2. FAULTY GOODS

If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.

Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.

3. DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOU IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you want to return your goods in accordance with our Returns Policy for unwanted or faulty goods, you can simply return your items in accordance with section 4 below. No need to notify us in advance

4. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
  3. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

6. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

If you return an item, we will refund you within 14 days of the day that we receive your returned goods, or (if earlier) the day that you provide us with proof that you have returned the goods. Please note that this is provided you have contacted us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods to tell us that you want to return them or the goods are faulty.

If you live in the UK or European Union we will also reimburse you for delivery charges. Please note that we will only reimburse you to the extent of the least expensive mode of delivery. For example, if you place an order with the UK Next Day delivery service, you will receive a refund equivalent to the UK Saver delivery option.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

7. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.

3. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

4. How the contract is formed between you and us

5.1. If you are contracting as a consumer in the UK or the EEA, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 calendar days ("the Cancellation Period").

5.2. In the case of an order for a single Product, the Cancellation Period begins on the day after you received the Product.

5.3. In the case of an order for multiple Products, the Cancellation Period begins on the day after you received the last Product in your order (provided the Products are delivered on different dates). If the Products are all delivered on the same day, the Cancellation Period begins from the day after the Products are delivered.

6. Your right for a refund

6.1. If you are contracting as a consumer in the UK or the EEA and cancel your order within the Cancellation Period you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products within 14 days ("the Refund Period").

6.2. The Refund Period starts from the day after We receive the Products back from you, or (if earlier) the day on which you provide Us with evidence you have returned the Products.

6.3. Please note we can deduct from your refund for damage or wear and tear where you have used (or excessively handled) the Products and this results in the value of the Products being diminished.

7. Availability and delivery

7.1. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then without undue delay.

7.2. In any event, delivery will take place no more than 30 calendar days after the day on which a Contract is entered into.

8. Price and payment

8.2. Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on the Website and shall not be deemed to be made until We have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.

8.4. Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. 8.8. Only one promotion code can be used per order.

9. Our liability

9.1. If We do not deliver or if the Products We deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, at our option to:

9.1.1. make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or

9.1.2. replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or

9.1.3. refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.

9.2. We shall have no liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including without limit loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings damage to or loss of goodwill, reputation or data.

9.3. Without prejudice to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you under and/or arising in relation to this contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Products.

9.4. Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or any liability which is due to our fraud or any other liability which We are not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law.

9.5. Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.

9.6. A person who is not a party to this Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Contract.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1. All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the Products shall be owned by Us absolutely.

11. Indemnity

11.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Boohoo.com UK Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your breach of these terms and conditions, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.

12. Import Duty

12.1. If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

12.2. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

13. Written communications

14.1 All notices given by you to us must be given to us at customerservices@boohoo.com We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order, or in any of the ways specified in clause 13 above. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.

15. Transfer of rights and obligations

15.1. The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.

15.2. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.

15.3. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

16. Events outside our control

16.1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

16.2. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

16.2.1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.

16.2.2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

16.2.3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

16.2.4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

16.2.5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

16.2.6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

16.3. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and We will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

17. Waiver

17.1. If We fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

17.2. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

17.3. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with clause 13 above.

18. Severability

18.1. If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18.2. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub-clause as is permitted by law.

19. Entire agreement

19.1. These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of the Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

19.2. We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

19.3. Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

20. Our right to vary these terms and conditions

20.1. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion which We may decide.

20.2. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if We notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before We send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case We have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

21. Law and jurisdiction

The promoter of Boohoo’s Win Zoella’s lookbook prize draw ("Prize Draw") is Boohoo.com UK Limited of 49/51 Dale Street, Manchester M1 2HF ("Promoter").

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Prize Draw is open to individuals residing worldwide over the age of 16 only.

1.2. Employees of the Promoter or any associated company and their immediate family, as well as sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees, and judges of the Prize Draw and their immediate family, or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Prize Draw, may not enter the Prize Draw.

1.3. Entrants will require access to the internet to enter the Prize Draw.

1.4. Entrants must have their own www.boohoo.com customer account in order to claim the Prize (as defined below).

2. How to enter

2.1. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must visit http://www.boohoo.com/page/zoellacompetition (“Entry Page”) and:

2.1.1. Fill out the required fields of information on the Entry Page; and

2.1.2. Click the “Submit” button.

("Entry" or “Entries”).

2.2. Only one Entry is permitted per person. If you make more than one Entry, only your first Entry will be counted.

2.3. Entries can only be made between 12pm (GMT) 8th March 2015 – 11:59pm (GMT) 31st March 2015 ("Prize Draw Period").

2.4. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.

2.5. No bulk, third party or automated Entries are permitted.

2.6. All entrants (including the Winner) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.

3. Winner selection and contact

3.1. The Promoter will select at random one (1) winning Entry made during the Prize Draw Period.

3.2. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this Prize Draw.

3.3. Within one (1) week after the end of the Prize Draw Period the Promoter will;

3.3.1. E-mail the winning entrant and ask the winning entrant (the “Winner”) to provide the Promoter, via email, with details of their name, address and email address ("Details").

3.3.2. Once the Details have been provided in the manner stipulated herein, the Promoter will arrange for the Prize (as defined in Clause 4.1) to be delivered to the Winner’s address.

3.4. If the Winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter or does not set up a www.boohoo.com customer account within 48 hours of the Promoter sending an E-mail to the Winner in accordance with clause 3.3.1, then the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may:

3.4.1. make further attempts to contact the Winner; and/or

3.4.2. withdraw the Prize from the Winner.

3.5. If a Prize is declined by the Winner or is withdrawn from the Winner by the Promoter under these Terms and Conditions the declining or forfeiting Winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter may offer that Prize to a new Winner selected randomly in accordance with this clause 3.

4. Prize

4.1. The Winner will win the Boohoo items featured in Zoella’s video, where a featured item is not in stock the Winner will receive Boohoo.com Store credit up to the value of the unavailable item. ("Prize").

4.2. The Prize will be credited to the Winner’s customer account on www.boohoo.com within 7 days of that Winner providing the Details.

4.3. The goods that may be purchased with the Prize are subject to availability and the Promoter makes no guarantees as to the availability of any item.

4.4. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).

4.5. There is one (1) Prize available.

5. Winner publicity

5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winner's name and Entry on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and on its website found at www.boohoo.com.

5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disclose the name of the Winner in response to requests submitted under clause 9.11

5.3. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree (if you are the Winner) to your Entry being published in accordance with clauses 5.1and 5.2 and to take part in and co-operate fully with all reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw without further recompense.

6. Entry requirements

6.1. Any Entry that is deemed by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, or which may otherwise bring the Prize Draw or Promoter into disrepute, or which does not comply with Twitter’s terms of use or these Terms and Conditions, will be excluded from the Prize Draw and the Promoter reserves the right to take any further action in respect of such Entry that it deems appropriate (including without limitation the withdrawal of any Prize awarded to that entrant).

7. Intellectual property rights

7.1. All intellectual property rights subsisting in the Entry and the Boohoo trade mark (“Promoter’s IP”) will belong to the Promoter or its licensors.

8. Liability

8.1. Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter or its agents or representatives or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, neither the Promoter, nor its agents or representatives assume responsibility for:

8.1.1. any Prize that is not redeemed;

8.1.2. any personal property;

8.1.3. any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure;

8.1.4. any system failures or malfunctions of any third party websites;

8.1.5. any incomplete, lost, delayed or late Entries;

8.1.6. any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Prize Draw;

8.1.7. any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the participants in the Prize Draw howsoever arising from participating in the Prize Draw;

8.1.9. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, or any website (including without limitation any social media web sites) or any combination thereof through dial up, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections;

8.1.10. any injury or damage to a participant which may be related to or arising from the Prize Draw or the Prize;

8.1.11. if for any reason the Prize Draw or any website in connection with the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion; and/or

8.1.12. any other matter outside of their reasonable control.

8.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

7.2. By submitting an Entry:

(a) you licence and grant the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media including, but not limited to the Promoter’s website, social media accounts, marketing materials, newsletters and promotional material without further compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability;

(b) you waive any moral rights or similar rights in respect of your entry to which you may be entitled (at the time of submission or in the future) under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended time to time or under any similar applicable laws in force from time to time in force anywhere in the world;

If you’re looking for actual cookies, we thought we’d treat you to an easy recipe to save you from being too disappointed. Happy baking!

You’re going to need:

  • - 350g self-raising flour
  • - 225g salted butter
  • - 350g brown sugar
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract (not essence, yuk!)
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 400g dark/milk chocolate chips
  • - Baking parchment

    1)  Stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    2)  In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
    3)  To this mixture add the eggs one at a time and beat the mixture in-between.
    4)  Slowly stir in the flour.
    5)  Stir in the chocolate (try not to eat all the chocolate chips, they taste better in the cookies, we promise!)
    6)  Roll the dough into a log shape (if you have time, wrap the log in cling film and leave in the fridge overnight, it will make your cookies extra delicious!)
    7)  Slice into 2cm thick disks.
    8)  Place your little disks onto a baking tray with some baking parchment (if you really want to make your cookies taste fabulous, sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt over them at this point. Sounds crazy I know but you need to trust us on this!)
    9)  Bake for 10 minutes, rotating the baking parchment after 5 minutes.
    10)  Wait for them to cool a little before transferring to a wire rack, if you can’t wait (we never can) go ahead and eat them whilst they are still warm!
