Please note: There will be no deliveries on Monday 27th May due to the Bank Holiday. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

For our Next Day delivery service:

If you’ve placed an order between 7pm on Thursday and 7pm on Friday, you’ll receive your order on Saturday 25th May. For orders placed between 7pm on Friday and 12pm on Sunday, you’ll receive your order on Tuesday 28th May.

What are my delivery options?

Our delivery services and charges are listed in the table below. Please select the option that is best for you at the checkout page.

Please make sure PO Boxes are included in your address details. If this is not included then parcels will automatically be returned.

For all other international deliveries there is a maximum of 10 items per order.

We may change these restrictions from time to time.

Where we have advertised the Next Day Delivery service or the UK Saver Delivery service at reduced rates as part of a promotion, this delivery rate promotion will only apply to orders which have a value of £10 or more.

BFPO (THE BRITISH FORCES POST OFFICE) DELIVERIES -

If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field to ensure there are no delays to your delivery.

Now Available – EXPRESS DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your goods within the times specified below (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Please note these delivery times are from date of dispatch.

Please note that Express Delivery must be to a full postal address as we cannot deliver to a PO box.

Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel.

Please note, for UK and Republic of Ireland orders, these prices are constant regardless of the size of the parcel.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?

USA - Orders under $200 USD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $200 and over will be subject to customs charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Canada - orders under $18 CAD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $18 and over will be subject to custom charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Australia - Orders under $1000 AUD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $1000 and over will be subject to custom charges, which must be paid by the customer.

New Zealand - Orders under $400 NZD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $400 and over will be subject to custom charges, which must be paid by the customer.

We’re sorry, but we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as this varies widely. For information on current charges, contact your local customs office.

UK Saver Delivery – When will I receive my order?

If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Saver Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 4 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 19:00 (7:00pm). We have indicated the estimated delivery times in the below table as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

Please be advised that UK Saver Delivery is not possible over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

UK Next Day Delivery – When will I receive my order?

To receive your order the next day you must place your order by no later than 19:00 (7:00pm). However, please note there are some exceptions as explained below,

Orders placed after 7pm on Thursday but before 19:00 on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday.
Orders placed after 7pm on Friday but before 12:00 on Sunday, will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

We are very sorry but we cannot offer Next Day delivery to the following postcodes:

UK Saturday Delivery

Order before 7:00pm Friday to receive on Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is only available for UK deliveries. We are very sorry but we cannot offer Saturday delivery to the following postcodes:

What delivery carriers do you use?

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners.

What if no one is in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Where do you deliver?

UK & Republic of Ireland

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Please note for the Next Day Delivery service, the following areas may take 3 – 5 working days – Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.

We also have a Republic of Ireland delivery services and customers ordering for the Republic of Ireland should order no later than 19:00 (7.00pm) in order to receive it in the next 2 to 3 working days. Please note that UK and Republic of Ireland deliveries can be made any time between 7:00am and 9:00pm. Please ensure there is access to the delivery address at all times during this period.

International Delivery Service

We currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and certain countries within Europe.

Due to individual country custom requirements we unfortunately do not deliver to the following destinations – Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City State. We apologise for any inconvenience cause.
