Where's my order?

Once you’ve received your dispatch email from us, you can track your order live. Just grab your order number and put it in the 'Track your order' box in the top right of this page.

UK Returns - How do I return my order?

boohoo returns are FREE & easy! First, repack the item with all the tags still attached. A free returns label is included with your parcel. If you’ve misplaced your UK returns label, you can download a new one by clicking here
(Remember to add your order number if you download a new returns label – this can be found in Order History in ‘My Account’.)

Alternatively log in here to select your item(s) for return. Choose one of our trusted carriers, print your returns label, and then post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

Returns - How do I return my order?

If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and keep the seal intact.
