You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

The large 38mm barrel creates a loose wave effect, whilst the nano titanium-ceramic coating gives the curls a smooth, shiny finish. The Advanced Ceramics heating system delivers super-fast heat up and consistent results on each section for lasting soft waves. Directions for use: Ensure the hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling. Turn the appliance on and select a heat setting suitable for your hair type. Pressing the lever, place the appliance midway up a section of hair and spread hair evenly between the lever and barrel. Once hair is in place carefully let go of the lever so the hair is held securely between lever and barrel. Gently slide the appliance down to the hair ends.
