You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

A beautiful cream decorative bubble candle, perfect for your office desk, night stand or coffee table. To burn them, follow all candle safety instructions and place them on a fire resistant surface for wax dripping. Approximate burn time - 2.5 hours. Height 6cm, Width 6cm. CANDLE SAFETY - Remove all packaging before lighting. Place on a stable heat resistant surface, like a dish with sides to stop the wax leaking and damaging surfaces. Trim the wick to 5mm each time before lighting. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not burn for more than 60 minutes at a time.
