You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

This unique cleansing formula contains soothing Aloe Vera, moisturising the skin and leaving it silky smooth. INGREDIENTS:Aqua, Urea, Ethoxydiglycol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Caster Oil, Glycerin, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance (Parfum), Linalool, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Benzoate"Step 1 For best results, apply Bondi Sands Self Tan Eraser to dry skin after at least 3 days of applying self tan.Step 2 Pump foam applicator firmly and apply Bondi Sands Self Tan Eraser liberally to the skin. Leave the Self Tan Eraser on the skin for at least 5 minutes.Step 3Shower with warm water using a wet face cloth to wipe away the tan. For more stubborn areas or dry skin, use the Bondi Sands Exfoliating Mitt to gently remove the tan."
