You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

A beautiful pink shell candle, a stunning accessory in any home and would make a great gift. Each shell measures 90mm x 70 mm. If you decide to burn and enjoy the pleasant ambiance, please burn it on a tray or non-flammable surface to avoid leaking and damages on surfaces. CANDLE SAFETY - Remove all packaging before lighting. Trim the wick to 5mm each time before lighting. Do not burn the candle for more than 2 hours at a time. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not burn for more than 60 minutes at a time.
