You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

Garnier Ambre Solaire Sensitive Advanced Sun Cream SPF50+ protects against UVB, UVA and Long UVA. UVB: Immediate sun-induced skin damage, UVA: long-term sun-induced skin damage and premature skin-ageing. The formula is developed for fair, sensitive and sun intolerant skin. Hypoallergenic, no perfume and no colourants. Tested under dermatological control. Formula conforms 100% to European recommendations for protection against the harmful effects of UVA and UVB rays. Garnier suncare research is recognised by the British Skin Foundation. Apply the sunscreen product just before sun exposure. Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling.
