You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

A deeply nourishing and hydrating hair mask that improves shine and softness, controls frizz and protects hair to encourage longer, stronger hair growth. How to use: After shampooing, squeeze water from hair and apply our nourishing mask generously through the mid lengths and ends (and roots if you feel your hair needs extra oil). Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes minimum. Rinse thoroughly and dry hair as normal (we recommend using our elixir and turning upside down for added volume!) to reveal shinier, softer and luscious looking locks! How does it work: The formula is enriched with a powerful combination of naturally derived actives, including Coconut Fruit Extract to improve shine, smoothness and add hydration, and Black Oat extract to improve the structure of the hair making it easy to comb and preventing split ends. The addition of nourishing oils help to strengthen the hair shaft and prevent breakage. UV protectors shield the hair from sun damage and help to combat colour fade, leaving your hair looking healthy and vibrant. Key Ingredients: BLACK OAT EXTRACT - The polysaccharides and amino acids in black oats improve the structure of the surface of the hair making it easier to comb, improving gloss and bounce back. They also work to prevent split ends by moisturising hair due to their high content of natural water reservoirs. AVOCADO OIL - Rich in oleic acid and monounsaturated fats, Avocado Oil is one of few oils that can actually penetrate the hair shaft and moisturise hair, rather than sitting on top/ coating your hair. These fats can help strengthen the hair shaft and prevent breakage.
