You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

Not only are the nails easy to apply, the nails also feature a seamless cuticle line for a natural finish. Contains 2ml glue. How to use: - Remove all nail polish prior to application. - Prep nails by applying nail dehydrator or alternatively you can use acetone on a cotton pad. - Lay out false nails in the order that you will be applying them. - Swirl a small amount of glue onto your real nail and the false nail. - Carefully place the false nail directly over your real nail so that the bottom curve lines up with your cuticle. - Press down gently and hold until set. - Repeat with the remaining nails. - File nails into your desired shape.
