The 2mm mat is double-sided — a textured grip side and a towel-fabric side — so you can choose the surface that suits your practice. Soft, absorbent cushioning provides comfort whether you use it alone or over an existing yoga mat. Easy to clean, roll up and carry, the mat measures L 173 x W 61 cm and weighs about 800 g.
