Leather is a natural fibre in that it is not man-made. For most leather products, applying a leather cream or wax is a good idea, as it adds a layer of protection to the leather's finish, repelling superficial scratches and scuffs. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
