The blend includes galactooligosaccharides (from milk), fructooligosaccharides and inulin (from Cichorium intybus), green banana starch powder, apple pectin, acacia gum fibre, larch arabinogalactans, prune juice and marshmallow root. Easy to mix into water or smoothies, it offers a convenient way to increase daily fibre intake without unnecessary additives. Vegetarian. Directions: Stir 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) into water or blend into a smoothie and take daily with food, or as professionally directed.
