To ensure hygiene and performance, always sterilize the fermentation containers before use. After each cycle, clean the main unit with a damp cloth and the accessories (containers, spoon, measuring cup) with mild detergent and let them air dry. Avoid immersing the main unit in water. Keep the unit unplugged when not in use, and store it in a cool, dry place. Regular cleaning and proper sterilization help maintain the quality and safety of your fermented foods.
