The remote will light up and display ""30"" on its screen. This is the default time of 30 minutes. 4. To pick the desired Colour, please press the Colour select start button. 5. Colours range from C1-C7: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Cyanine, White. The last option C8, is an osculation of all Colours. C-0) is to the barn of colours. 6. The treatment time can be changed by pressing the ↑ time. The time range is 0-60 minutes. 7. Brightness can also be adjusted by pressing the Brightness button. The flicker settings change the flash of the desired colour you choose. Flicker has 4 options: F1-F4. 8. Microelectronics Button 1-9 controls the microelectronic strength of the LED. 9. Place the mask onto your face and adjust the straps to your comfort. We recommend using the mask for 15-30 minutes in the evening. Usage: For Daily use - Use any 3 lights for 5 mins each light, a Total of 15 mins For Alternate Day use - Use 1, 3 or 5 lights for a total of 30 mins. For collagen-boosting glow use - Use Red light for 15 mins, Green for 5 mins & White laser light for 5 mins
