The dried camomile is encased inside a 100% cotton pouch, a natural and breathable fabric that will slowly infuse your pillow with the soothing scent of camomile. Each pouch lasts up to 90 days, so this pack of two will keep you relaxed for around 6 months. Camomile is widely regarded for its healing and soothing properties and has been known to alleviate the pain of migraines.
