HOW TO USE STARTDRUST GLITTER FRECKLES:

Apply on clean, dry skin. Peel off the backing and press tattoo into desired area, holding for a few seconds. Gently remove the top layer to reveal your glitter freckles!

To remove simply use makeup remover or water.
