Before cleaning, unplug your toaster and let it cool down. The external part of the appliance must be cleaned with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive detergents that can ruin the surface.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
