The toner also contains 5 sizes of Hyaluronic Acid molecules to lock in moisture at every level of the skin, keeping the skin hydrated throughout the day. It has a slightly viscous texture that helps to both prep the skin, as well as treat concerns such as dehydration, anti-ageing, and acne.
