Filled with the same lightweight hollowfibre and also surrounded by cool and comfy soft touch covers, the pillows have a super support level, ma them ideal for side sleepers. If you prefer to sleep on your side, you will benefit from the firm support these pillows offer, as they will help to lift and support your head so that the spine and neck stay in alignment and neck stiffness is avoided.
