You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

Adjust the heat to suit your hair type, with temperature control from 80-210°C. Styling doesn’t have to compromise the health of your hair. How To Use: Ensure hair is dry to achieve best results. Do not use the Speed Styler on wet or damp hair, to avoid heat damage. Glide over strands, starting at the roots working through to the ends in a gliding motion. For fuller volume, glide through strands with an upward motion to create a fuller volume at the root or crown of hairline. For a poker straight style, glide the styler directly down to the ends. For use on hair extensions we recommend not exceeding 180 degrees. Using above this temperature can damage hair.
