You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

The long-length, ultra-slim 10mm barrel is ideal for styling longer length hair, whilst the nano-ceramic coating delivers a smooth, shiny finish. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling. Turn the appliance on and select a heat setting suitable for your hair type. Take a section of hair, starting 2 inches from the scalp and place the appliance next to the hair section, ensuring the end of the appliance is pointing down towards the shoulder. Start winding the hair around the widest part of the barrel. Keep winding the hair down the length of the barrel until there is no morehair to wrap around.
