You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

Garnier Goodbye Dry wipes are made with a quilted and soft tissue impregnated with 2 doses of cleansing milk, enriched with rose extracts and vitamin E, known for their soothing properties.
A formula that leaves no greasy feeling.
The result: they remove impurities, long-lasting make-up and even waterproof mascara without rubbing, leaving your skin perfectly cleansed and soft. How to use? Lift the adhesive panel. Remove a wipe and cleanse your face, including your eyelids and neck, in the morning and evening. No need to rinse. Re-seal the adhesive panel straight away to prevent the wipes from drying out.
