You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

It's flexible brush tip and fluid ink flow allows for total control on every stroke. Rub-proof, transfer-proof and waterproof, the infallible micro-fine eyeliner keeps up with you. With four different shades to fit all eye colours, choose black for a bold look, smoky earth for a natural look, dew berry to make green/blue eyes pop and sage green to make brown/hazel eyes pop. Remove the cap, and carefully glide the eyeliner along your upper lash line, staying as close to the lash line. Stick with a thin line if you’re after a subtle, lash thickening effect. If you’d rather have a bolder look, or want to add a wing, repeat this process until you have your desired width.
