You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

How do I use the Vitamin C Brightening Serum? Apply to clean skin prior to or instead of, moisturising, morning and night. This unique highly moisturising formula is a cross between a serum and moisturiser. Vitamin C: Sometimes referred to as an anti-ageing powerhouse, Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant which can help to brighten skin, even out skin tone, boost collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Whilst Vitamin C can become unstable when exposed to sunlight, water and air, changing colour and reducing its effectiveness, Q+A uses a special encapsulation to keep it highly stable and your skin reaping the benefits until the bottle runs out! Unfortunately the nozzle is not currently accepted in your domestic recycling and should be disposed of with your general waste.
