Storage: Store tealights in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures, as this may affect their quality. Safety: Always place tealights in suitable candleholders or containers designed for their use. Keep them away from flammable materials, drafts, and out of reach of children and pets. Burning Instructions: Place tealights on a flat, heat-resistant surface before lighting. Ensure that the tealights are placed a safe distance apart from each other to prevent overheating or melting. Extinguishing: Use a snuffer or a metal spoon to gently extinguish the tealights by placing the snuffer or spoon directly over the flame to suffocate it. Avoid blowing out the tealights to prevent hot wax from splattering. Cleanup: Dispose of used tealight containers and any wax remnants responsibly. Wait until the wax has completely cooled before handling it. Burn Time: Do not exceed the recommended burn time of 8 hours for each tealight to avoid overheating and potential fire hazards.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
