By using a Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamp, you can replace the negatively charged ions in the air, helping to reduce the physical and mental effects caused by 'electric smog.' Each Salt Lamp includes a light fitting, bulb, and plug. Rather than selling by size, we provide them by approximate weight. The sizes marked on the items are only to give a rough idea, as each lamp is completely unique. Himalayan salt lamps and candle holders have hygroscopic properties, meaning they absorb moisture from the air. If your lamp appears to be 'sweating' or leaking water, this is typically due to being switched off for extended periods, especially in humid conditions. To fix this, leave the lamp in direct sunlight for 4 to 5 hours and gently brush off any excess crystals, or wipe it gently with a dry cloth. If you don't plan to use your Himalayan salt lamp for an extended period (such as during a vacation), it's best to disconnect the cable and remove it from the lamp. In humid environments, we recommend placing the lamp on a small tray or dish to catch any water that may pool.
