Use it in the reclined position to gently elevate your upper body, ideal if you suffer from hiatus hernia, reflux, or are recovering from hip surgery. Or use it as a leg pillow to elevate swollen ankles, rest tired legs or ease knee pain. The headrest can even be removed to use as a separate lumbar cushion.
