Made from high-density foam with a soft polyester cover, it has a subtle tear-drop shape anatomically designed to provide optimum support for the back. Designed to fit most upright chairs (including car seats) the cushion is a perfect support for the lower lumbar region. Move it up the chair back and it does an equally good job on the upper back or even the neck - simply position it where you need it most.
