Conveniently microwaveable and freezer-safe, this gel pack glove is reusable and simple to prepare for immediate relief. For cold therapy, simply place the sleeve in a freezer (up to -20 degrees) for 1-2 hours. For hot therapy, start with room temperature, place the sleeve flat in the microwave on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 10 seconds, if more heat is needed then increase in 5 second increments. Keep in place for 15-20 minutes.
