Directions: Place the natural gemstone holder around your home or work environment to help cleanse, de-stress, calm and clear your mind, body and soul.

Ritual:

Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release the fragrance. Start to relax and then focus on the relevant affirmation. Repeat it 10 times in your mind. Allow the incense to burn for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit should you require.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
