Questions about Premier

How does Premier Delivery work?

Premier Delivery gives you free delivery across all of our delivery methods for a whole year.

If you buy Premier Delivery with items already in your basket, you can use it right away. If you buy it separately, it’s active as soon as you receive the confirmation email. Either way, you have 12 months from the date of purchase.

What if I want to cancel my Premier Delivery?

We offer a 14-day cancellation period. See our Terms & Conditions for full details. To cancel, email our customer care team at customerservices@boohoo.com.

Where can I view the details of my Premier Delivery subscription?

You can find them in the My Account section of the website.

What happens after 12 months?

We won’t automatically charge you for another year. We’ll email you a reminder when your subscription is close to expiring, so it’s up to you whether to keep your Premier perks for another year.

Is there anywhere in the UK that Premier Delivery isn’t available?

Our delivery methods cover the whole of the UK. Express Delivery may take a little longer to reach the Highlands and islands, and it isn’t available in the Channel Islands.

  1. * Unlimited Standard Delivery is available where Next Day Delivery isn’t possible. Any subscription bought after 12am on 02.03.2023 needs a minimum spend of £20 to get free next day delivery. Free standard delivery is still available on orders under £20.
