The formula contains the full B‑vitamin complex (including B12 and folic acid) plus vitamins A, C, D3 and K1, together with iodine and selenium. Designed to address nutritional gaps from busy lifestyles and processed diets, each spray produces fine droplets that are absorbed through the cheek mucosa for rapid uptake. Sugar‑free, gluten‑free and free from artificial colours, artificial flavours, fillers and GMOs. Directions: prime pump 3 times on first use, shake well before use and spray onto the side of the cheek, holding for a few seconds. Typical use: 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water. Use within 6 months after opening.
