This stunning ruffle shoulder dress is a true one of a kind piece. The fitted bodice contrasted by the full, flowing skirt creates a very flattering fit. The lightweight cotton mix fabric is breathable and comfortable, but structured enough for the ruffle to add drama to the piece. This dress is perfect to wear to a formal wedding or to the races.
