The soft-touch PVC shell provides a firm, comfortable grip, even during longer sessions, while the latex-free design is gentle on your hands. Each ball is part-filled with sand to add weight and resistance. The 0.5kg balls use natural sand, while the 1kg and 1.5kg balls use iron sand. As the sand shifts inside the ball, it creates slight instability, helping activate more muscles as you train your strength, balance, mobility and coordination. Use them to add extra challenge to arm raises, core work, Pilates movements, yoga flows, recovery exercises and functional grip training. They are pre-inflated and ready to use straight away, with no pump required.
