Best use: How to use: Apply the pencil directly onto a clean and primed lid in strokes where you would like the colour to sit. Blend out the edges softly with brush or fingers before applying your next colour directly on top, on the crease line or at the outer edge. Build dimension and depth using colours that are enhanced through contrast. Can also be used as a single stroke eyeliner across the upper lid line. PIPPA TIP: To achieve greater intensity and to create a halo effect, reapply the same colours onto the lid and blend out just the edges.
