There is one (1) prize available: a dream holiday with a total value of up to £15,000 (the “Prize”). The Prize comprises: (c) return flights for the winner (and one (1) guest); (d) hotel accommodation; (e) airport transfers; and (f) spending money, up to a combined total value of £15,000. The £15,000 represents the maximum total budget available for the Prize. Where the winner’s chosen destination and itinerary costs less than £15,000, the Prize will be fulfilled to the value of the actual costs incurred; no cash equivalent of any underspend will be provided.
The winner may choose any holiday destination of their choosing, subject to availability of flights and accommodation. There is no restriction on destination. However, the winner acknowledges and accepts that: (a) if the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (“FCDO”) has issued travel advice against all or non-essential travel to the chosen destination at the time of travel, the decision to travel nonetheless is entirely the winner’s own and the winner travels at their own risk; (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, Boohoo and the Group Companies accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from the winner’s decision to travel to a destination subject to FCDO advice against travel, save that nothing in this clause shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law; and (c) the winner and any travelling companions are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, any required visas, and adequate travel insurance, including cover appropriate to any FCDO travel advisory in place.
The Prize must be booked by 31 December 2026. Failure to take the Prize by this date will result in forfeiture.
The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Prize does not include travel insurance, personal expenditure beyond the stated spending money, visas, vaccinations, or any other costs not expressly stated above. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries (both purchase and free postal entries combined) carried out by or on behalf of Seel Inc at 12:00 noon (GMT) on 1 July 2026 (the “Draw Date”).
The random draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection process. All valid entries will have an equal and equivalent chance of being selected, regardless of the route of entry.
The winner will be contacted directly by Seel Inc using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Seel Inc will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner within 14 days of the Draw Date.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to notification within 30 days of first being notified, fails to claim the Prize within 30 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and the Prize will be forfeited. In such circumstances the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries using the same random selection process, or may choose not to award the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize remains non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, as set out in clause 6.4.
Seel Inc will contact the winner within 14 days of the Draw Date to begin arrangements for the Prize. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Prize is fully arranged within 90 days of the winner’s written acceptance of the prize details, subject to availability of flights and accommodation for the chosen destination. As the Prize involves holiday booking and travel arrangements, fulfilment will extend beyond 30 days from the Closing Date. Seel Inc will arrange the Prize directly with the winner following notification. The Group Companies will have no involvement in prize fulfilment.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only one winner will be selected. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: (a) provides false, inaccurate or misleading information; (b) uses fraudulent means to obtain entries; or (c) otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Prize Draw (or these Terms and Conditions) at any time in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control, subject to compliance with applicable law and the prior approval of the relevant regulatory authority where required.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in respect of all matters relating to the administration and mechanics of the Prize Draw, including the selection of the winner and the validity of entries. This does not affect your rights to make a complaint under clause 11 or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to clause 8.5, Seel Inc, Boohoo and the Group Companies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this Prize Draw or acceptance of the Prize, except to the extent caused by their negligence or breach of applicable law.
