How does Premier Delivery work?

Premier Delivery gives you free delivery across all of our delivery methods for a whole year.

If you purchase Premier Delivery with items already in your basket, you will be able to use it right away. Alternatively, you can purchase Premier Delivery separately and it will be active as soon as you receive the confirmation email. In both cases, you will have 12 months from the date of purchase to utilize your Premier Delivery subscription.

What if I want to cancel my PremierDelivery?

If you change your mind, we offer a 14 day cancellation period, please see our Terms & Conditions below for full details. To request a cancellation, please email our customer care team at customerservices@boohoo.com

Where can I view the details of my Premier Delivery subscription?

You can view the details of your Premier Delivery subscription in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

What happens after 12 months?

Unlike other retailers, we will not automatically charge you for another year. We will send you an email reminder when your Premier Delivery subscription is close to expiring so it’s up to you whether you continue to enjoy your Premier Delivery perks for another year.

Is there anywhere in the UK that PremierDelivery is not available?

There are various delivery methods to choose from, covering the whole of the UK. However Express Delivery may take a little longer to reach highlands and islands, and is not available in the Channel Islands.
