Filled with pliable gel, that contours to the shape of your shoulder, upper back and upper arm, you can enjoy soothing relief as you go about your day. For cold relief from stress and soreness that lasts for 30 minutes, place the support in your freezer for up to two hours before use. If you'd prefer a warm treatment, simply heat the support in the microwave for 40 seconds (add 10 second intervals for extra warmth) to enjoy 10 minutes of soothing heat. Finished with soft-touch fabric, the Hot and Cold Gel Relief Shoulder Support is made with a blend of nylon and elastane for added comfort.
